These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nationalcorporatecredit.com and its subdomains (the "Website") and the business funding services we offer through it (the "Services"). The Website and Services are operated by America's Funding Solutions Inc. d/b/a National Corporate Credit ("National Corporate Credit," "we," "us" or "our"). "You" means the person using the Website or submitting an application, and, when you apply on behalf of a business, that business as well.
By using the Website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services. You may want to print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old and are applying for funding for a business located in the United States. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are an owner or officer of that business, or are otherwise authorized to act for it, and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.
National Corporate Credit is a business funding strategist. We review your application and documents, prepare a preliminary assessment of your funding options, and help you apply for business funding offered by third-party lenders and funding partners. Funding options may include business credit cards, term loans, lines of credit, revenue-based financing and other products.
We are not a lender. We do not make loans, extend credit or make credit decisions. Each lender or funding partner makes its own decisions and sets its own approval standards, amounts, rates, fees, terms and conditions. We do not represent that any particular lender or product is the best or lowest-cost option available in the market. You should use your own judgment, and the advice of your own advisors, in deciding whether any funding offer is right for your business.
We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any funding, or guarantee any funding amount, rate, fee, term, condition or timing. Any preliminary assessment, estimate or "pre-approval" we provide is based on the information available to us at that time. It is not an offer or commitment to lend, and it is subject to each lender's own review, underwriting and final approval. Lenders may decline an application, or offer different amounts, rates or terms, for any reason, including market conditions and information in your complete credit and financial profile.
To begin our preliminary review, we ask every applicant to provide a current credit report and their last two years of personal tax returns. We cannot start preliminary underwriting until we receive them. Depending on the funding options, we or a lender may ask for more documents, such as business bank statements, business tax returns, financial statements, a driver's license or a voided check.

Lenders and funding partners to which your application is submitted may obtain their own credit reports and other information about you and your business, under their own disclosures and authorizations, and some may perform hard credit inquiries.
Identity verification. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, lenders and other financial institutions are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person and business applying for credit. We or a lender may ask for your name, address, date of birth, a driver's license or other identifying documents.
Using the Website and submitting an application do not by themselves obligate you to pay us a fee. If we charge a fee for our services, such as a success fee when funding is obtained, the fee will be set out in a separate written client agreement between you and us, and that agreement will govern the fee. Lenders and funding partners may also charge their own fees, such as origination, processing or closing fees, which they will disclose to you.
If you sign a client agreement with us, or a loan or financing agreement with a lender, that agreement governs the matters it covers. If it conflicts with these Terms, the other agreement controls for those matters.
Some applicants are referred to us by independent referral partners. Referral partners are not our employees or agents and cannot make promises on our behalf or on behalf of any lender. Our relationships with referral partners, including any compensation, are governed by separate written partner agreements. If you are a referral partner, your partner agreement, not these Terms, governs your participation in our referral program.
Email and phone. By submitting an application or contacting us, you agree that we may contact you by email and by telephone at the email address and phone numbers you provide about your application, your documents and our Services. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing emails does not stop messages about an application you have submitted.
Text messages. Text messages are optional. If you check the text-message consent box on our application, our text messages are governed by our SMS Terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying or of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
Electronic records and signatures. You agree that we may provide agreements, disclosures and notices to you electronically, and that documents you sign electronically are as binding as signed paper documents.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information. It may be updated from time to time, and changes take effect when posted on the Website.
The Website and our communications may link to, or require you to use, websites and services operated by third parties, such as lenders, credit report providers, document upload tools and electronic signature services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, privacy practices or decisions. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that third party's own terms and policies. Any funding you receive is provided by the lender, not by National Corporate Credit, and your relationship with the lender is governed by your agreement with the lender.
The Website, including our Academy, Success Center and other articles, videos, courses, tools and resources, provides general educational information only. It is not financial, investment, credit repair, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Results described for other businesses are not typical or guaranteed. Before making any financial decision, consider getting advice from your own accountant, attorney or other qualified advisor.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, designs and software, are owned by or licensed to National Corporate Credit and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and use the content only for your own informational purposes in connection with your business. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission. "National Corporate Credit" and our logos are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the Website, including lender names, belong to their respective owners.
THE WEBSITE, CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or error-free, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL CORPORATE CREDIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, ANY DECISION OR ACTION OF A LENDER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY, OR ANY FUNDING YOU DO OR DO NOT OBTAIN, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Website or the Services will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes take effect when posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms and any separate written agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website and Services.
